Renowned actor and director Vijay Kumar, popularly known as Duniya Vijay, recently revealed an exciting development in his career and personal life. In an exclusive announcement, he expressed his joy over his daughter Monica’s debut in his upcoming project.
Vijay, speaking about his dreams as a father, disclosed, “As a father, I have dreams for my children, and one of them is close to becoming a reality as my daughter Monica is all set to make her debut in my next venture.”
Providing a glimpse into the film, Vijay shared, “It’s a wholesome family drama, and I will be playing Monica’s father in it.” The actor is teaming up with director Jadesh K Hampi, known for his work on “Guru Shishyaru,” for this special project.
Highlighting Monica’s acting skills, Vijay emphasized that she is a talented actor, having gained experience in theatre. “She’s done theatre, so it’s familiar ground. As far as the set is concerned, I’m an extremely disciplined actor and have instilled the same values in her. I will be her co-actor on the sets, and professionalism will be required at all times from her,” he shared with a smile.
In a heartfelt reflection on his role as a father, Vijay expressed, “The bond between my children and me is most sacred to me. While I am a friend to them, I’m a responsible father too.” He added, “There is no greater pleasure than witnessing these kids living the lives they want.”
