Mammootty Starrer ‘Bramayugam’ Teaser Unveils a Dark Fantasy World
Rahul Sadasivan’s much-anticipated directorial venture, ‘Bramayugam,’ featuring Mammootty in the lead role, promises to be another cinematic masterpiece. The recently released teaser sets the stage for a spine-chilling fantasy horror experience, adding to the intrigue surrounding the film.
In this black and white teaser, Arjun Ashokan’s character is seen entering the dilapidated gates of a mysterious manor, suggesting an eerie narrative within the confines of its universe. Mammootty, making a late appearance in the teaser, adds to the suspense with a menacing demeanor. The superstar’s character, seemingly the master of the forsaken manor, exhibits a malevolent grin, intensifying the ominous atmosphere.
Sharing the teaser on his social media handle, Mammootty expressed his excitement, saying, “#Bramayugam – Malayalam Teaser is here.” The film is written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan and produced by Chakravarthy Ramachandra and Sashikanth under the banner Night Shift Studios LLP | Y Not Studios.
The ensemble cast includes Arjun Ashokan, Sidharth Bharathan, Amalda Liz, and Manikandan R Achari in pivotal roles. The film’s shoot concluded in October 2023, and it is scheduled to be a visual spectacle with cinematography by Shehnad Jalal ISC and editing by Shafique Mohamed Ali. Christo Xavier composed the music, while the sound design and mix are handled by Jayadevan Chakkadath and M R Rajakrishnan, respectively.
