In a recent exclusive interview, it was revealed that the highly anticipated film ‘L2: Empuraan,’ starring Mohanlal and directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, has successfully concluded its second shooting schedule in the United Kingdom.
Prithviraj Sukumaran, who is also at the helm of directing the film, made the announcement of the UK shooting wrap. The team is now set to embark on a crucial phase of production in the United States.
Taking to social media, Prithviraj Sukumaran shared an update, indicating the completion of the UK shoot for ‘L2: Empuraan.’ Accompanying the announcement was a picture from the sets, with Prithviraj Sukumaran captioning it, “#L2E End of Schedule 2!”
The film, serving as the second installment of the blockbuster ‘Lucifer,’ promises an engaging narrative, delving into the journey of Stephen Nedumpilly and his evolution into Khureshi Ab’Ram, the leader of an international crime organization.
‘L2: Empuraan’ features an impressive ensemble cast, with Mohanlal reprising his role as Khureshi-Ab’raam/Stephen Nedumpally from the original film. Joining the returning cast are Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manju Warrier, and Tovino Thomas, contributing to the film’s star-studded lineup. Positioned as an Indian Malayalam-language action thriller, the movie’s musical score is crafted by the talented Deepak Dev.
