A day after filmmakers Farah Khan and Sajid Khan’s mother, Menaka Irani, passed away, Bollywood celebrities visited their residence to pay their last respects. Actors Hrithik Roshan, Raveena Tandon, and John Abraham were among those spotted at the residence, showing their support for Farah and Sajid during this difficult time. Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta Nanda, and Agastya Nanda also visited to offer condolences. Farah Khan’s close friend, tennis star Sania Mirza, known for her strong bond with Farah, also visited to express her heartfelt condolences.
On Friday, superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan arrived at Farah’s residence to pay their respects. They were accompanied by their daughter, Suhana Khan, and Pooja Dadlani, the manager of the ‘Pathaan’ star. After meeting the bereaved family, SRK, Gauri, and Suhana were seen leaving with Farah Khan. In visuals captured by photographers, Farah was seen hugging SRK and Suhana.
Farah and Sajid’s mother passed away on July 26 at the age of 79. The heartbreaking news came just a few days after Farah had revealed in an Instagram post that her mother had undergone multiple surgeries. In the post, Farah expressed her deep love and admiration for her mother, describing her as the strongest and bravest person she had ever seen. Farah had wished her mother a happy birthday and expressed her anticipation for her mother’s recovery and return home.
Earlier on Friday, several other celebrities, including Rani Mukerji, Shilpa Shetty, Bhushan Kumar, and MC Stan, visited Farah’s house to mourn the loss of her mother.
