Tovino Thomas makes a comeback with ‘Anweshippin Kandethum’ after ‘Adrishya Jalakangal’s mediocre box office performance. The investigative thriller has surpassed Rs 6 crore in just six days, marking a strong performance for the actor.
According to Sacnilk website updates, ‘Anweshippin Kandethum’ collected Rs 47 lakhs on the sixth day, bringing the total collection to Rs 6.03 crore. Despite facing competition from Mammootty’s ‘Bramayugam,’ which hit theaters on the last day, the film managed to impressively rake in Rs 47 lakhs.
The film maintained a noteworthy 20.24 percent occupancy on the sixth day (Wednesday). Positive reviews and strong reception from family audiences suggest that ‘Anweshippin Kandethum’ is poised to continue its successful run at the box office in the upcoming days.
Tovino Thomas, not resting on his laurels, has more in store for the audience. The highly anticipated fantasy flick, ‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam,’ directed by Jithin Lal, featuring Krithi Shetty as the female lead, is in the pipeline. Additionally, Lal Jr.’s directorial ‘Nadikar’ is scheduled for release on May 3rd.
