Actor Arjun Rampal makes a noteworthy return to the big screen alongside Vidyut Jammwal in the upcoming film ‘Crakk.’ After a hiatus, Rampal underwent significant transformation and training to match Jammwal’s prowess in hardcore action. Fans were pleasantly surprised to see him back on-screen, considering his extended breaks. In a recent conversation with ETimes, Rampal addressed queries about the reasons behind his prolonged breaks.
The actor, known for his roles in ‘Raajneeti’ and ‘D-Day,’ had previously taken a sabbatical before making a grand comeback. Following movies like ‘Rock On 2’ and ‘Kahaani 2,’ he once again opted for a break. When questioned about this pattern, Rampal emphasized the importance of silence in one’s life, stating, “It’s important to have silence around you because you’re manifesting and wanting something to come to you. There’s an innate quality that lies in wanting something.”
Despite the intermittent breaks, ‘Crakk’ captivated Rampal’s interest. Expressing his enthusiasm, he shared, “I always wanted to do an action film but unfortunately, we never had those kinds of budgets or opportunities. The movie is an amalgamation of incredible set pieces of action, which I didn’t even know existed. That’s because there’s a producer and actor like Vidyut and he excels at it. And then there’s a director like Aditya (Aditya Datt) who is so good at executing it. Thanks to Vidyut, I had to raise my game when you’re coming on the set, and it’s your duty as an actor. So, I had to train hard, and it’s okay, because you have to work hard for anything in life.”
‘Crakk’ also features Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson in prominent roles, promising audiences a thrilling cinematic experience.
