Milind Rau’s Directorial Venture ‘The Village’ Inspired by Graphic Horror Novel to Premiere on Prime Video
Prime Video has officially announced the premiere date for the upcoming Tamil horror series, “The Village,” directed by Milind Rau. The series draws inspiration from the graphic horror novel of the same name, authored by Asvin Srivatsangam, Vivek Rangachari, and Shamik Dasgupta and initially published by Yali Dream Works. A teaser for the series has been unveiled by the makers.
Scheduled to debut on November 24, the show follows the harrowing journey of a man as he undertakes a chilling rescue mission to save his family. Produced by B S Radhakrishnan under the banner of Studio Shakthi, the series is a collaborative creation of Milind Rau, Deeraj Vaidy, and Deepthi Govindarajan. “The Village” will be presented in Tamil and dubbed versions will be available in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
