After the release of his 25th film, ‘Japan,’ which fell short of expectations, actor Karthi is gearing up for a fresh start with his upcoming project. Having already wrapped up the majority of shooting for ‘Karthi 26’ with director Nalan Kumarasamy, the actor has now embarked on the filming journey for ‘Karthi 27.’
The hot update reveals that the shooting for ‘Karthi 27′ kickstarted today in Kumbakonam. The film, directed by Premkumar of ’96’ fame and produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, is anticipated to be a unique venture. Sources indicate that the team aims to complete the entire filming process within 85 days, with the initial schedule spanning 30 days.
Intriguingly, Karthi’s character in ‘Karthi 27’ is reported to have no romantic pair, and the narrative unfolds over the course of a single night. Notably, acclaimed actor Arvind Swamy is set to play a pivotal role alongside Karthi in this cinematic endeavor.
