The unfortunate incident occurred on Wednesday and was reportedly the result of an accidental drug overdose, as confirmed in a statement shared by Dana Carvey on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on Friday.
The statement from Dana Carvey expressed the family’s deep sorrow, describing Dex as a multi-talented individual who excelled in music, art, filmmaking, and comedy.
