The much-anticipated shooting of Rajinikanth’s forthcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 170,’ directed by TJ Gnanvel, has recommenced earlier today. The film, produced by Lyca Productions, is set to feature music by the renowned Anirudh Ravichander.
As per the latest reports, crucial sequences involving Rajinikanth are slated to be captured on a specially constructed set at Prasad lab in Chennai. The shooting is reportedly progressing at a rapid pace and is anticipated to conclude by January 24. Following a week of filming on set, the production is scheduled to shift to outdoor locations.
Sources suggest that Gnanavel’s directorial venture draws inspiration from a true incident, with Rajinikanth essaying the role of a Muslim police officer. Adding to the film’s allure, an ensemble cast has been assembled, featuring Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan, Telugu star Rana Daggubati, Malayalam sensation Fahadh Faasil, along with Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan in pivotal roles.
Film enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting further updates as ‘Thalaivar 170’ continues its production journey, promising a cinematic experience enriched with diverse talent and a compelling narrative.
