It’s been a year since Ileana D’Cruz and her partner Michael Dolan welcomed their first child, Koa Phoenix Dolan. The actress, who often shares precious moments with her son on social media, celebrated Koa’s first birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post. On August 1, 2024, Ileana marked the milestone by posting a touching throwback photo of the little one resting on her chest. She added a nazar amulet emoji, an emotional emoticon, and a sparkles emoji to her Instagram Stories with the caption, “A whole year ago.”
In July, Ileana had offered a glimpse into her summer with Koa through photos showing him joyfully playing in the grass, accompanied by the caption, “Rhody summer dream.” Bollywood celebrities responded warmly to the post, with Malaika Arora commenting with a red heart emoji and Neha Dhupia expressing her delight with, “Oh my goodness.”
Ileana had previously announced Koa’s birth on Instagram in 2023 with a touching post featuring a photo of her sleeping newborn. She shared her joy with the caption, “Introducing Koa Phoenix Dolan. This year, Ileana appeared on the big screen in the film ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar,’ a rom-com exploring modern relationships. Released on April 19, 2024, the film also stars Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, and is directed by Shirsha Guha Thakurta.
