In a recent revelation, actor Jacob Elordi shared his enthusiasm about a particularly talked-about bathtub scene in the film ‘Saltburn,’ directed by Emerald Fennell. Following the release of the film on Amazon’s Prime Video, steamy sequences have become a hot topic of discussion among viewers.
The scene in question involves Barry Keoghan’s character, Ollie, spying on Elordi’s Felix during an intimate moment in the bathtub. After Felix concludes, Ollie unexpectedly joins him in the tub, engaging in unconventional behavior involving bodily fluids.
Elordi expressed his excitement when discussing his initial reaction to the script, stating, “I was just really excited when I read that scene because you don’t really see things like that in mainstream movies a lot of the time.” He commended Fennell for pushing boundaries and exposing audiences to unconventional content.
The film also features a scene where Keoghan’s character strips off his clothes and dances to Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s “Murder on the Dance Floor” after becoming the sole owner of the Saltburn estate. Keoghan shared his experience filming the scene, noting his initial discomfort but praising the comfortable environment created on set.
Speaking about the finale, Keoghan mentioned, “The initial thing was about me having no clothes on. I’m a bit, ehhh. But after take one, I was ready to go. I was like, ‘Let’s go again. Let’s go again.’ You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment created, and it gives you that license to go, ‘All right, this is about the story now.'”
