Celebrated chef Jamie Oliver recently shared an intriguing story about his role in Hollywood star Brad Pitt’s 40th birthday celebration. During a podcast appearance on Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Nova FM, Oliver revealed that he was actually a birthday gift from Jennifer Aniston to Pitt. Oliver recounted that Aniston had initially called to arrange the surprise, but his team dismissed her calls, not believing it was truly her. She eventually had to go through her agent to coordinate with Oliver’s.
Aniston had specifically requested Oliver to cook for Pitt, who was a fan of his shows. Oliver agreed wholeheartedly, expressing his admiration for the couple. He also mentioned cooking for other celebrities at the party, including Aniston’s ‘Friends’ co-star Courteney Cox, who played Monica on the popular show.
Oliver described Aniston and Pitt as “beautiful people,” noting that he hasn’t seen Pitt in a while but recently caught up with Aniston, finding her to be just as wonderful as expected.
Aniston and Pitt, who were married from 2000 to 2005, were introduced by their managers and had a secret relationship before their wedding. Oliver’s appearance on the podcast was also to promote his upcoming cookbook, set to be released in September. Known for his casual approach to cuisine, Oliver first gained fame with his series ‘The Naked Chef’ in 1995 and has since made significant contributions to promoting healthier foods and expanding his culinary ventures.
