Recently, Kareena delighted her fans by revisiting her beloved character Geet in a new advertisement. In the commercial, she is seen wearing a vibrant orange kurta with her hair tied back in a ponytail, recreating the memorable scene where Geet heads to Hotel Descent with a friend.

Reflecting on the enduring popularity of ‘Jab We Met’ and her character Geet, Kareena shared her thoughts during a chat with Neha Dhupia on her talk show. “Jab We Met completed 16 years in cinema. I think Geet will always be special to everyone because you have never really seen a character who is so honest, so loving, a girl who wants to chase her dreams. She is evergreen for generations and all times, and Geet will always be in me,” Kareena said.
Despite being widely recognized for her roles as Geet and Poo, Kareena has expressed a desire for audiences to look beyond these characters and appreciate her versatility as an actress in films like ‘Omkara’, ‘Chameli’, and others. In a previous interview, she said, “I’m known as Geet and Poo, but I’m a lot more beyond that.”
