Hollywood veteran Michael Keaton has showered praise on rising star Jenna Ortega, with whom he’s set to share the screen in the upcoming sequel to the beloved 1988 film ‘Beetlejuice’. Titled ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’, the sequel sees Keaton reprising his iconic role alongside Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, and a host of new cast members.
Speaking about Ortega’s performance, Keaton expressed his admiration, stating, “Oh man, she’s good, she’s just got it, you know? She’s got the tone.” He lauded her ability to seamlessly blend into the film’s atmosphere, describing her as “really special”.
Directed by Tim Burton and produced by Brad Pitt’s company, Plan B, ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ also features Willem Dafoe in a mysterious role, believed to be a law enforcement officer in the afterlife. Joining the ensemble is Justin Theroux, though details of his character remain undisclosed.
