‘Neru’ embarked on its box office journey with a robust start, amassing Rs 2.8 crores on its opening Thursday, followed by Rs 2.1 crores on Friday and an impressive Rs 3 crores on Saturday. The film maintained its momentum into the second weekend, adding a substantial Rs 14.8 crores to its earnings.
Even in its third weekend, ‘Neru’ sustained a steady pace, securing Rs 75 lakhs on Friday, Rs 1.1 crores on Saturday, and concluding the weekend with a remarkable Rs 1.5 crores on Sunday. These figures contributed significantly to the film’s overall collection, now standing at an impressive Rs 41.95 crores.
The state-wise gross collections for the second weekend underscore the movie’s widespread appeal, with earnings of Rs 89 lakhs in Karnataka, Rs 48 lakhs in Tamil Nadu, a substantial Rs 15.48 crores in Kerala, and an additional Rs 51 lakhs in other parts of India.
