Notably, “Manjummel Boys” has not only dominated the box office in its home state of Kerala but has also made significant strides outside Kerala, particularly in Tamil Nadu. With a staggering collection of Rs. 41 crore in Tamil Nadu alone, the film is poised to surpass the Rs. 50 crore mark soon, contributing substantially to its record-breaking total.
While currently ranking eighth in the list of top-grossing films in Kerala, “Manjummel Boys” is anticipated to exceed the Rs. 90 crore mark in the state, setting a remarkable benchmark for future releases. Its sustained performance, evidenced by third Monday collections slightly below its opening day figures, suggests that the film continues to maintain strong momentum and has the potential to surpass the Rs. 150 crore milestone.
Furthermore, “Manjummel Boys” is on track to surpass the all-time grosser record set by the 2018 blockbuster within the next few days, with ambitions to ultimately cross the coveted Rs. 200 crore mark.
This groundbreaking accomplishment by “Manjummel Boys” surpasses the previous records held by the survival drama “2018,” which grossed Rs. 107 crore, and the Mohanlal starrer “Pulimurugan,” which earned Rs. 97.50 crore.
