Recently, Ira shared glimpses from the joyous occasion, revealing that her mother, Reena Dutta, took charge of baking her three-tier wedding cake. In a series of pictures posted by Ira, Reena Dutta is seen deeply engrossed in the kitchen, working alongside others to create a delicious-looking cake. Ira captioned the memories with, “The OG crew + Cherise. No one else could have baked our wedding cake. As Popeye was feeding me or after (can’t remember), I look at Mama and she’s mouthing at me, ‘Is it dry?’”
The wedding festivities in Udaipur were a dreamy affair, spanning from Mehendi to a pajama party, sangeet, and a white wedding ceremony. Upon returning to Mumbai, Aamir Khan hosted a lavish reception for the newlyweds. The star-studded event was attended by several Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Salman Khan, Imran Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Hema Malini, Dharmendra, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, and Bhumi Pednekar, among others.
