On July 16th, Richa Chadda and Ali Fazal embraced parenthood with the arrival of their baby girl. Since then, the couple has been enjoying their new roles, adapting to their daughter’s schedule. Recently, Richa posted a fun video featuring her and Ali, as their daughter kept them awake all night. In the video, they are seen enjoying and vibing to Shahrukh Khan’s iconic song, ‘Yeh Ladka Hai Deewana’ from the film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.’ Richa lip-syncs to the song while Ali performs a humorous dance in the background.
Richa captioned the video, “Remember when DUBSMASH was a thing? We were also a thing already by then. We were early adopters who dropped out after 3 days. LOL. As Robin Williams said, ‘You’re only given a little spark of madness, you mustn’t lose it.’ Now we have a baby keeping us up all night.”
The couple announced the arrival of their daughter by sharing a picture of her little feet. Along with the post, Ali and Richa penned a note expressing their gratitude and love towards fans and followers. The note read, “Doing a collab post to announce the biggest collab of our lives!! We’ve been blessed indeed. Our baby girl continues to keep us very, very busy. So thank you all for your love and blessings.”
Richa and Ali were married in 2022 and announced their pregnancy earlier this year. In a recent chat with News18, Richa shared details about their interfaith marriage, stating, “No one cares about people and what they think. And I come from a very liberal, lovely family. Ali comes from a very liberal, progressive family. We are both middle-class people. And we had a fantastic time. No one puts pressure on us. And if they did, we didn’t take any pressure.”
On the professional front, Richa was last seen in “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar,” directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Meanwhile, Ali appeared in “Fukrey 3” as his iconic character, Zafar.
