Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan and Suhana Khan were absent from IPL’s grand auction event in Jeddah’s Abadi Al Johar Arena. While the actor or his kids have been present in the auctions before, representing the Kolkata Knight Riders, their absence this time have given rise to speculations on social media.
However, it has been reported that Shah Rukh Khan might be busy with personal or professional commitments. Co-owner Juhi Chawla had shared a photo from her flight, announcing her arrival in Jeddah for the auction. While she wasn’t present at the table for the auctions, her family members, including her daughter Jahnavi Mehta and husband Jay Mehta were bidding for KKR.
Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL trophy in 2024. They had an eight-wicket win over the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final.
