The latest song from the Unni Mukundan-starrer ‘Jai Ganesh’ has been released, adding to the film’s successful run in cinemas. Titled ‘Prakashangale,’ the song promises to inspire and strengthen listeners in life’s adversities.
The music for ‘Prakashangale’ is composed by Sankar Sharma, with lyrics penned by BK Harinarayanan. The soulful rendition is sung by Vineeth Sreenivasan. Unni Mukundan excitedly announced the song’s release through his social media channels, captioning it, “’Prakashangale’ video song out now!”
Directed by Ranjith Sankar, ‘Jai Ganesh’ features Unni Mukundan in the lead role, supported by a talented ensemble including Mahima Nambiar, Ravindra Vijay, Jomol, Hareesh Perady, Ashokan, Nandhu, Benzi Mathews, Srikanth K Vijayan, Ann Saleem, and Vinod Rajan.
Unni Mukundan recently shared a heartfelt note praising his co-star Mahima Nambiar for her work ethics and commitment to her craft.
While ‘Jai Ganesh’ has been praised for not featuring any strong Right-wing aspects, ETimes gave the film a rating of 2.5 out of 5. The review mentioned, “The good thing about ‘Jai Ganesh’ is that it doesn’t have any palpable Right-wing aspects that it was strongly predicted to feature. But, on the whole, the film suffers from a lacklustre script by writer-director Ranjith Sankar, who has films centered around investigations such as ‘Passenger’ and ‘Arjunan Sakshi’, or even emotional heavyweights like ‘Varsham’, ‘Ramantte Edanthottam’ and ‘4 Years’ to his credit. The film could work for a younger crowd and family audiences, as it looks at a special friendship and overcoming adversity.”
