Actress Trisha, last seen in the Tamil film ‘Leo,’ is making a highly-anticipated comeback to the Tollywood film industry. She is set to share the screen with Chiranjeevi in his upcoming project titled ‘Vishwambhara,’ directed by Mallidi Vassishta.
On February 5, Chiranjeevi extended a warm welcome to Trisha as she joined the film’s sets. A video capturing the moment, where Chiranjeevi presents a bouquet to Trisha and shares a heartfelt hug, has gone viral on social media. The film’s first schedule has recently commenced, progressing at a brisk pace.
Chiranjeevi took to social media, captioning the video, “Welcome on board The Gorgeous @trishtrashers! #Vishwambhara.” Trisha responded, expressing her honor in reuniting with the MEGASTAR after 18 years, thanking Chiranjeevi for the warm welcome.
Trisha and Chiranjeevi were initially set to collaborate for the film ‘Acharya’ in 2022, but Trisha later withdrew from the project. Now, they join forces for ‘Vishwambhara.’ Additionally, Trisha is part of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Thug Life,’ featuring Kamal Haasan in the lead role. The star-studded cast includes Jayam Ravi, Dulquer Salmaan, Abhirami, Nassar, Gautham Karthik, Joju George, and Aishwarya Lekshmi, with music composed by AR Rahman.
