Concerned about his friend’s well-being, actor Vijay reportedly reached out to Ajith via phone to inquire about his health, as per reports from Thanthi TV. However, neither the actors nor their representatives have officially confirmed this information.
Addressing earlier speculations about Ajith undergoing brain tumor surgery, his manager, Suresh Chandra, clarified that the news was false. Instead, Ajith had undergone a minor treatment for a swollen nerve near his ear and was admitted to the hospital for a routine full-body check-up. The actor is expected to be back to his normal routine after completing the necessary procedures.
On the professional front, Ajith is currently filming for the movie ‘Vidaa Muyarchi,’ directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The high-octane action drama features a stellar cast, including Trisha, Arjun, Arav, and Regina Cassandra, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. While the shoot is reportedly 90% complete, the crew is preparing to travel to Azerbaijan for the final schedule. Originally slated for completion in March, Ajith’s recent health condition might lead to a temporary break before his return to the foreign location later this month. Despite rumors, the official cast of the film, including Sanjay Dutt’s rumored involvement, has yet to be officially confirmed by the makers.
