“Dear Ms. Priya Rajan and all officers of Greater Chennai Corporation, I hope you and your families are safe. As citizens living in the same city, we are not in the same position. The condition after eight years is pathetic. We will continue to help with supplies, but this time, let’s see all constituency representatives come out and instill hope rather than fear. Awaiting is not a miracle but a DUTY to citizens. God bless,” wrote Vishal.
