In a noteworthy milestone, Vineeth Sreenivasan’s directorial venture, ‘Hridayam,’ starring Pranav Mohanlal, Darshana Rajendran, and Kalyani Priyadarshan, has marked its two-year anniversary since its original theatrical release on January 21, 2022. Reflecting on the film’s significance, Darshana Rajendran shared a heartfelt note, reminiscing about the unique experiences the project brought her way.
Rajendran expressed gratitude for the opportunities the film provided, stating, “Apart from making me do things I thought I’d never be able to do, like walk and dance and romance in slow motion, Vineethettan also made me sing for a film for the first time.” She further revealed her involvement in a distinctive aspect of the film, sharing, “ANDDDD, he made me dub for a little girl in the film. Remember that kid pulling Nitya and Arun away when they first met? Ya, that kid was me.”
Celebrating the film’s enduring stories, Rajendran concluded her note with a cheerful acknowledgment of the film’s second anniversary, saying, “There’ll always be more and more stories in this film. Happy 2 years! (Hridayam).”
Kalyani Priyadarshan also joined in the celebration, marking the occasion on her social media, stating, “Today, we celebrate two years of Hridayam.”
Acknowledging the film’s musical contribution, composer Hesham Abdul Wahab expressed his sentiments, saying, “Happy 2nd Anniversary to all the team members of Hridayam. My heart still beats faster thinking of all the beautiful memories! Thank you, Vineethetta! You have been a strong support for many of us, and you still continue the legacy! Hridayam will remain timeless and inspiring.”
