In a highly anticipated release, Blessy’s directorial venture, ‘Aadujeevitham,’ featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, is set to hit the screens on March 28. The film’s official website was inaugurated by the renowned music composer, AR Rahman, who is also a part of the crew.
Expressing his delight at returning to Malayalam cinema after ‘Malayankunju,’ Rahman emphasized the unique connection between the film and a music composer. He shared, “This is a musician’s, a music composer’s movie in a way. So much of emotions to compose.” Rahman praised the team, including director Blessy, writer Benyamin, and actor Prithviraj, stating that they have poured their souls into the project.
Highlighting the film’s significance, Rahman drew parallels with the iconic ‘Lawrence of Arabia,’ noting that Blessy and the team have created a Malayalam version of the classic. He expressed his honor in collaborating with the talented team and hoped that the audience would enjoy and support the film.
‘Aadujeevitham,’ based on Benyamin’s best-selling novel, is a landmark project in Prithviraj’s career, with a significant portion shot in Jordan. Amala Paul plays the leading lady in the film. Cinematography is handled by Sunil KS, with editing by Sreekar Prasad.
The musical composition and sound mixing for the film are helmed by Oscar-nominated artists AR Rahman and Resool Pookutty, respectively. Notably, the film is not limited to the Malayalam audience, as it will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada languages, adding to its broad appeal.
