‘Aavesham’ has received positive reviews from critics, with ETimes rating it 3.5 out of 5. The review stated, “Just when you think Fahadh Faasil—or FaFa—has aced some of the best characters he could possibly get in his career, he goes all out as Ranga in writer-director Jithu Madhavan’s goofball gangster film ‘Aavesham’. Jithu Madhavan has already shown that he knows how to do things differently and with style with his debut horror movie, ‘Romancham’. He has delivered another unique comedy with ‘Aavesham’.”
