In a recent Instagram ‘Ask me Anything’ session, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt candidly discussed her experiences with anxiety and shed light on her coping strategies. The celebrity couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who tied the knot on April 14, 2022, have become one of B-town’s beloved couples. The duo welcomed their first child, a daughter named Raha, in November 2022.
During the interactive session, Alia revealed that Ranbir Kapoor prioritized his parenting duties by returning to Animal rehearsals on the same day their daughter, Raha, came home from the hospital.
Alia addressed the topic of anxiety, stating, “We all have certain things that might trigger our anxiety… but it took me a long while to understand that. Trying to control how you feel sometimes does more harm than good.”
Responding to a question about Raha’s nicknames, Alia shared that the adorable monikers include “Rahu, Rara, Lollipop,” among others.
When asked about potential separation anxiety, Alia expressed the challenges of leaving her daughter but noted that knowing Raha is with family eases the guilt of being away.
The couple celebrated Raha’s first birthday in November with a bash at their Mumbai residence.
Switching gears to their professional lives, Alia Bhatt is set to appear in director Vasan Bala’s upcoming film, ‘Jigra.’ Additionally, she is part of the cast for Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa,’ alongside Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra.
