According to Sacnilk, ‘Bramayugam’ experienced a substantial surge in earnings on its first Saturday, amassing an impressive Rs 3.50 crore. This outstanding performance propelled the film’s total domestic earnings to a noteworthy Rs 9.05 crore. Despite a slight 20 percent dip in collections on its second day, where it garnered Rs 2.45 crore, the movie made a remarkable comeback on Saturday, setting the stage for a robust Sunday.
The overall Malayalam occupancy rate for ‘Bramayugam’ stood at an impressive 61.23 percent on Saturday. Night screenings witnessed an extraordinary 74.18 percent attendance, while evening shows also drew a substantial audience at 70.26 percent. The film’s consistent strong performance indicates that it is on track to cross the Rs 10 crore mark soon.
Comparatively, ‘Bramayugam’ has outshone Mammootty’s previous release, ‘Kaathal: The Core,’ by a significant margin.
