In an exclusive update, it’s been revealed that Christian Robinson is set to join the cast of Ryan Coogler’s upcoming supernatural thriller for Warner Bros, which stars Michael B. Jordan. Robinson, known for his role in BMF, joins a star-studded ensemble cast including Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo, Omar Benson Miller, Jayme Lawson, Wunmi Mosaku, Hailee Steinfeld, Li Jun Li, Lola Kirke, as well as newcomers yao, Miles Caton, and Peter Dreimanis.
Details about Robinson’s role, along with the film’s plot, are being kept under wraps. The project marks a reunion between Michael B. Jordan and Ryan Coogler, who previously collaborated on Creed and Black Panther franchises, as well as the critically acclaimed Fruitvale Station. Coogler is producing the film alongside Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian from Proximity Media, with Rebecca Cho, Ludwig Göransson, and Will Greenfield serving as executive producers.
Scheduled for release in theaters on March 7, 2025, the film represents another collaboration between Warner Bros Film Group co-chairs and CEOs Mike De Luca and Pam Abdy, who previously greenlit the successful Creed III during their tenure at MGM.
Christian Robinson, known for his roles in Netflix’s Burning Sands and The First Purge, has also appeared in popular series such as BMF, Interview with the Vampire, Watchmen, Brockmire, Tell Me a Story, Manhunt, and All American: Homecoming.
