Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh, renowned for her debut in the sports drama film ‘Dangal,’ is commemorating the seventh anniversary of its release on Saturday. The film, depicting Fatima in the role of wrestler Geeta Phogat, is a biographical account centered around Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters Geeta and Babita.
Beyond being a cinematic masterpiece, ‘Dangal’ transcended into a cultural phenomenon, with Fatima’s portrayal of the real-life wrestling champion earning her widespread acclaim and admiration.
