Director and actor Raghu Shivamogga has recently undergone a physical transformation, shedding ten kilograms over a span of seven months. Raghu revealed that he achieved this impressive feat without resorting to artificial supplements.
“I maintained a diet consisting of vegetables, fruits, and salads. This lifestyle change has not only helped me improve my endurance levels but also led to better job offers,” Raghu said.
He highlighted the challenges faced by individuals in the film industry, mentioning, “People in our profession are more susceptible to health issues. Shooting through the night disrupts one’s biological clock, and long hours of sitting and traveling result in an erratic lifestyle.”
Despite these challenges, Raghu remains committed to his fitness routine. “Shooting in the city allows me to seek advice from my coach, Srinivas Gowda. Even when filming in remote areas, I ensure to hit the gym without fail,” he added.
Raghu signed off by emphasizing his dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst the demanding nature of his profession.
