In the film ‘1 Princess Street,’ directed by Zimayon and starring Balue Varghese and Ann Sheetal, the narrative unfolds in the bustling suburbs of Mattancherry. The plot revolves around two families renting the same house, exploring the theme of love appearing easier from a distance than in close proximity.
