In a recent exclusive interview with Silly Monks media, acclaimed ‘Drishyam’ director Jeethu Joseph showered praise on Vineeth Sreenivasan’s much-anticipated directorial venture, ‘Varshangalkku Shesham.’ The film, which hit theaters on April 11, has already made a mark at the box office, grossing over Rs 2 crores on its opening day.
Jeethu Joseph was particularly impressed with Dhyan Sreenivasan’s performance, calling it “impressive” and acknowledging the film as a “breakthrough.” He didn’t stop there, commending the entire ensemble cast and lauding Vineeth Sreenivasan’s scripting skills, referring to him as a “kingmaker.”
Highlighting Pranav Mohanlal’s performance in the film, Joseph noted the striking similarities in his mannerisms to his legendary father, Mohanlal. He expressed optimism about Pranav’s growth as an actor, expecting these traits to evolve over time.
Expressing his delight at the current state of the Malayalam film industry, Jeethu Joseph declared that the quality of films being produced in early 2024 suggests a “golden period” for the industry.
