Preity Zinta, the renowned Bollywood actor, revealed during a recent interaction on social media platform X that she is keen on seeing a sequel to her 1999 film “Sangharsh”. Speaking in a Q&A session tagged as #PZChat, Zinta disclosed that while filming “Sangharsh”, she faced significant challenges including breaking her leg, chipping her teeth, and cutting her lip. Directed by Tanuja Chandra, the psychological horror thriller also starred Akshay Kumar and Ashutosh Rana, earning critical acclaim for its performances.
Zinta, who has been absent from the silver screen for a while, responded to queries about potential collaborations with her frequent co-stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. She expressed eagerness to work with them again, emphasizing the importance of a compelling script.
Speaking about her upcoming project “Lahore 1947”, Zinta shared her excitement about reuniting with Sunny Deol and praised the talents of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. The film, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan, boasts music by A R Rahman and lyrics by Javed Akhtar.
