In a notable collaboration, Rege-Jean Page, renowned for his role in “Bridgerton,” has been confirmed to join the cast of Steven Soderbergh’s upcoming spy thriller, “Black Bag.” The Hollywood Reporter reveals that the film boasts a star-studded lineup, including Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender, with a screenplay penned by David Koepp.
Soderbergh and Blanchett are set to reunite for “Black Bag,” having previously worked together on the 2006 film “The Good German” and 2018’s “Ocean’s 8.” The project also signifies another partnership between Fassbender and the director, following their collaboration on 2011’s “Haywire.”
Casey Silver and Greg Jacobs take on the role of producers for “Black Bag,” a project that recently caught the attention of Focus Features, which acquired the film last month.
Rege-Jean Page, whose popularity soared with “Bridgerton,” was most recently featured in “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.” Additionally, he is slated to star in the forthcoming reboot of “The Saint.”
