Renowned director Tharun Sudhir, recognized for his successful projects, has embarked on a unique journey to find inspiration for his next cinematic venture. Accompanied by his writing team, Sudhir has chosen the tranquil setting of Belur, a temple town, to craft the script for his upcoming historical film, tentatively titled “D 59”. This narrative is set to delve into the intriguing tale of the revolutionary figure, Sindhura Lakshmana.
Sudhir, who is set to collaborate with actor Darshan Thoogudeepa for the third time, expressed the weighty responsibility that comes with creating historical dramas. In his quest for undisturbed creativity, Sudhir opted for seclusion in a picturesque home stay amidst nature, facilitated by a friend. The director plans to spend ten days immersed in the writing process before returning to his urban routine.
Despite his secluded retreat, Sudhir remains committed to his television endeavors, notably the show “Mahanati”, where he serves as both a director and a member of the jury. Reflecting on his recent triumph with the blockbuster “Kaatera”, Sudhir expressed delight in reuniting with Darshan Thoogudeepa for another cinematic venture, hailing it as a momentous occasion.
As Sudhir continues to bask in the acclaim garnered by his previous works, his journey to Belur signifies a dedicated pursuit of artistic excellence and storytelling mastery.
