National film award-winning actor Pankaj Tripathi took to Instagram on Sunday to reveal the trailer release date for the highly anticipated biopic film ‘Main Atal Hoon.’ In a post featuring a picture of himself holding a placard, Tripathi announced, “Sab saath milkar karte hain Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji ka swaagat! #MainATALHoon trailer releasing on 20th December 2023. In cinemas on 19th January 2024.”
The official trailer for ‘Main Atal Hoon,’ directed by Ravi Jadhav, is set to be unveiled on December 20. The film, showcasing Tripathi in the role of the late three-time Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, is a tribute to the iconic leader who received the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian honor. Rishi Virmand and Ravi Jadhav co-wrote the film, with music composed by Salim-Sulaiman.
In addition to ‘Main Atal Hoon,’ Pankaj Tripathi is set to feature in Anurag Basu’s film, ‘Metro In Dino,’ alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The movie is anticipated to bring together an ensemble cast for a compelling cinematic experience.
