Renowned ghazal-playback artist Pankaj Udhas, aged 72, passed away after a prolonged illness. On Tuesday, dignitaries from the film industry, sports, and politics gathered at the Udhas residence to bid their final farewells.
Among the attendees was Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who, like others, paid her respects at Udhas’ residence. A video circulating on social media captures the moment when a fan approached Vidya for a selfie, but her assistant intervened, preventing the interaction. Despite the interruption, Vidya remained composed and refrained from responding to the fan.
Notable figures such as Sonu Nigam, Anup Jalota, Sankar Mahadevan, along with numerous admirers and fans of Pankaj Udhas, were also seen at the venue.
On the professional front, Vidya Balan is set to feature in the upcoming installment of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa,’ co-starring Kartik Aaryan. Additionally, she anticipates the release of the romantic comedy ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ alongside Pratik Gandhi.
