The filming of the much-anticipated Kannada movie “45,” which marks the directorial debut of renowned music composer Arjun Janya, is currently underway. Produced under the banner of Suraj Productions, the project boasts a stellar cast, including actors Raj B Shetty, Shivarajkumar, and Upendra, who will share the screen in this unique cinematic venture.
A vibrant and lively song sequence for the film was recently shot at Champakadhama temple near Bannerghatta, setting a new milestone in Kannada cinema. Arjun Janya, the director, expressed his excitement about this groundbreaking moment, revealing that, for the first time in Kannada films, a song features a remarkable ensemble of 1,000 dancers. The visually captivating number, choreographed by Chinni Prakash, holds significant importance in the movie as it introduces Shivarajkumar’s character. Adding to the spectacle, the venue at Champakadhama temple provides the perfect backdrop, and color bombs were incorporated to enhance the visual appeal of the sequence.
Producer Ramesh Reddy emphasized the substantial investment made in this particular song, citing its integral role in the movie’s narrative. He believes that the song’s grand treatment will undoubtedly resonate with a wide audience. With 70% of the film’s shooting already completed, Reddy expressed satisfaction with the project’s progress, assuring fans that “45” is set to hit the screens later this year.
