Actor Arjun Rampal has undergone a remarkable physical transformation for his role in the upcoming action thriller film ‘Crakk-Jeetega to Jiyegaa’. The actor, known for his dedication to his craft, revealed the intense training regimen he embraced to prepare for the role.
In preparation for his character, Rampal focused on increasing his agility and cardiovascular strength. He committed to swimming daily in open waters and running 10K thrice a week, all while adhering to a clean diet, which included a strict vegetarian regimen three times a week. Such sacrifices were made to achieve the desired physical form for his role in the movie.
During filming, Rampal encountered significant challenges, including suffering from two slip discs. Despite this setback, production halted for two weeks to allow him time to recover, underscoring the commitment to both his health and the project’s success.
