Renowned actress Kritika Kamra has unveiled her approach to the year 2024, describing it as a period of tranquility and rejuvenation. The versatile artist, recognized for her notable roles in projects like ‘Bheed,’ ‘Hush Hush,’ ‘Tandav,’ and ‘Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2,’ shared her reflections on Instagram, where she enjoys a substantial following of 1.7 million.
In a series of captivating images capturing moments from her serene holiday, Kritika showcased a red floral bathing gown and scenes from a cottage in a forest. The collection also included a video portraying her leisurely stroll through the forest lanes, capturing the natural beauty, and indulging in a sunbath. A photograph of the ‘Pyaar Ka Bandhan’ actress gracefully swimming in a pool was also featured.
The post, geotagged at the “Netravali Wild Life Sanctuary” in South Eastern Goa, was accompanied by a heartfelt note. Kritika reflected on the serene beginning of her year, emphasizing the concept of ‘forest bathing’ or ‘Shinin Yoku,’ a Japanese practice involving a mindful escape to the jungle to absorb nature’s sun and fresh scents.
Returning to the city with a tan and a mix of holiday emotions, Kritika shared insights into her aspirations for the year. “This year is going to be about doing what the hell I want, when I want… Evolve at my own pace, move mindfully, with authenticity and courage. I will write my own script and edit it as many times as needed,” she proclaimed in her Instagram post.
