Lauding the movie as one of the best of 2023, Nayanthara commended Siddharth for his role, calling it his career-best performance. The digital premiere of ‘Chitha’ has garnered critical acclaim, with Nayanthara taking to Instagram to share her thoughts.

The actress also showered praise on music composer Santhosh Narayanan for the song “Unakku Thaan,” which has climbed to the top of the trending list.
‘Chitha’ features Siddharth in the lead role, alongside Ninisha Sajayan, Baby Sahashra Shree, Anjali Nair, and others in pivotal roles. Siddharth portrays the character of Easwaran, a government employee in Palani, sharing a special bond with his 9-year-old niece. The film unfolds as a pedophile is discovered in their neighborhood, leading Easwaran on a quest to find his kidnapped niece and another young girl.
On the professional front, Siddharth and Nayanthara are set to collaborate in the upcoming film ‘Test.’ Directed by producer Sashikanth, making his directorial debut, the movie is a sports drama centered around cricket. The cast also includes Madhavan and Meera Jasmine in lead roles.
