In a recent Twitter post, actress Simran shared a nostalgic clip from the 1999 film ‘Vaalee’ to express her appreciation for director-turned-actor SJ Suriyah. The film, which celebrated its 25th anniversary with a re-release on February 23, features Simran alongside Ajith Kumar.
Simran took to Twitter on February 27, sharing a video poster from a fan page of Ajith Kumar. The clip, showcasing a theatrical scene from ‘Vaalee,’ highlights Simran’s struggles to reveal the secret behind Ajith’s dual role in the film. Expressing her admiration for Suriyah’s talent, Simran wrote, “OMG this scene, I will never forget the way SJS enacted for me ???? @iam_SJSuryah real talent ????.”
Seizing the opportunity to reminisce about her experiences during the filming of ‘Vaalee,’ Simran acknowledged the guidance she received from SJ Suriyah. In response to Simran’s post, SJ Suriyah reshared it and praised the effective portrayal of roles by Ajith and Simran, stating, “I did my job, but @SimranbaggaOffc ji the way you and Ajith Sir carried it like anything, people are still celebrating like a new movie.”
