Celebrating a Milestone: Ajay Devgn Marks 25 Years of ‘Kachche Dhaage’
Renowned Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn recently commemorated the 25th anniversary of his action-packed film ‘Kachche Dhaage.’ The actor took to his Instagram Story on Monday to share a nostalgic reel featuring glimpses from the movie.
Released on February 19, 1999, ‘Kachche Dhaage’ showcased stellar performances from Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Manisha Koirala, and Namrata Shirodkar, with Milan Luthria making his directorial debut.
Ajay Devgn’s upcoming projects include Neeraj Pandey’s directorial venture ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha,’ where he stars opposite Tabu. The film promises a unique musical love story and an epic romantic drama spanning two decades, set between 2002 and 2023, with a multi-language release. Saiee Manjrekar and Shantanu Maheshwari play pivotal roles, and the film is slated for release on April 26, 2024.
In addition to ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha,’ Ajay Devgn has a busy schedule with other projects. He is set to feature in producer Boney Kapoor’s period drama ‘Maidaan,’ the psychological thriller ‘Shaitaan’ alongside R Madhavan, and Rohit Shetty’s action-packed thriller ‘Singham Again,’ which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff.
Furthermore, Ajay Devgn is gearing up for ‘Raid 2,’ directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, following the success of the first installment. The sequel, currently in production, is backed by T-Series and Panorama Studios.
