Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari is set to embark on the most significant project of his career, an adaptation of the Hindu epic, Ramayana. The anticipation for the movie is skyrocketing as Tiwari assembles an ambitious and star-studded cast.
Ranbir Kapoor has been chosen to portray the revered character of Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi is set to grace the screen as Goddess Sita. Adding to the excitement, Lara Dutta is reportedly in discussions to play the role of Princess Kaikeyi.

The shooting of the film is expected to commence in mid-April. Many of the film’s actors are gradually retreating from the public eye as they prepare to film on various sets constructed in Film City.”
While Yash, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, and Amitabh Bachchan have also been linked to the project, an official confirmation of the final cast is still pending.
