The Malayalam movie ‘Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life’ continues its successful run in theaters, marking 20 days since its release on March 28. In its third week, the film capitalized on two major celebration holidays in Kerala, Vishu and Eid. On April 15, the movie grossed Rs 1.4 crore in India, according to the latest reports.
Sacnilk estimates that the film earned approximately Rs 1.10 crore on its third Tuesday, pushing the total collection for ‘Aadujeevitham’ to Rs 76.75 crore. The film recorded an occupancy rate of 37.51 percent on the same day.
Official reports from the movie’s production team revealed that ‘Aadujeevitham’ crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide on April 6.
Directed by Blessy, the film is an adaptation of the Malayalam bestseller by writer Benyamin of the same title. The narrative centers on the survival challenges faced by a Malayali immigrant in the deserts of Saudi Arabia. Alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, the movie also features Amala Paul, Jimmy Jean-Louis, KR Gokul, and Shobha Mohan in pivotal roles.
